An experienced trauma therapist can help you process the traumatic events you have experienced and heal the painful emotions which may affect you 1 year or 50 years after the event. I specialize in helping people recover from sexual violence, no matter when it was experienced, and all types of childhood trauma, including:

  • Physical abuse
  • Sexual Abuse
  • Physical or Emotional Neglect ("CEN")
  • Loss of a primary caregiver
  • Witnessing domestic violence
  • Nobody meeting your emotional needs
  • Feeling unwanted, unloved, unlovable, unworthy

I use talk therapy, parts work, somatic resourcing, expressive arts, movement, mindfulness, other holistic methods and The Daring Way™ and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy® to help you heal from traumatic experiences.
